Goods and services are not sold on a trial basis – you should be sure that you have checked the suitability of a particular product or service before you order – if you are in any doubt, please contact us and speak to one of our highly-trained representatives.
We don’t sell, rent or otherwise share any of your data or information. If you choose not to receive our electronic newsletter, we will honour this request. We respect your privacy, however during the process of placing an order and receiving goods and services from us, we will send you emails to keep you informed of the progress and to act as a confirmation of your order with us. All credit card transactions are handled by a reputable credit card processing company that adopt ‘industry-best’ levels of security to protect you and us from fraud, in accordance with all current legal regulations.
We take fraud very seriously and if we feel that any transaction is in any way suspicious, in accordance with the UK banking regulations, we will have no other choice but to inform the relevant police force of any such fraud suspicions.
Subject to stock availability, although we endeavour to process orders on the working day they arrive, orders are usually processed within 3 working days from receipt. We will deliver the goods usually within the guidelines set out on this web site, however, if we cannot meet these guidelines, we will let you know. We may choose to part-ship orders, but any additional carriage charges due to this will be at our expense. If an order can not be fulfilled within 28 days you shall be entitled to a full refund less the cost of any goods already delivered.
In the event of you receiving faulty goods or services, please contact us immediately by email (this provides an audit trail). Please act quickly to inform us of any problems.
Faults should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your goods. Within 7 days of delivery, our courier will collect items under 10Kg gross weight or financial arrangements will be made to recover and replace the goods. Items or full consignments over 10Kg will be on a strict "return to base" basis and will be your full responsibility to return for replacement or repair. After 14 days it will be your full responsibility to return the faulty items at you own cost regardless of weight.
Physical goods are sent using either the Royal Mail or other delivery/courier companies. The companies we use to deliver goods to you will always require a signature upon delivery, therefore, please ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your goods.
If goods are returned to us, or in the case of Royal Mail, destroyed because the delivery person / courier company was unable to get a signature, you may have to pay a repeat delivery charge, or where the item may have been destroyed by Royal Mail, pay the order value again.
Finally, we are only human! We always try to do our best, but if we do make a mistake, let us know and we’ll put it right.
